Responding units included Ambulance A89, Ambulance A78, Rescue Squad R8, Rescue Engine RE74, WCE161 and Engine E212. At 1:40 a.m., Rescue Squad R8 arrived. I-70WB at Harmony Rd overpass. Responding units included Ambulance A309, Ambulance A68, Ambulance A308 and Rescue Squad R10. At 3:41 p.m., Rescue Squad R10 arrived to find two vehicles involved. One occupant still inside their vehicle. At 3:46 p.m., Rescue Squad R10 requested additional ambulance.

At 1:07 p.m., C19 arrived. single vehicle on the side of the roadway, investigating. At 1:09 p.m., reports occupants of the vehicle lost a cell phone and are in process of attempting to locate.
