Responding units included Paramedic Engine PE311, Tiller Truck TT4, Hazmat HM33, HMSU33 and Battalion Chief BC901. At 7:42 a.m., Paramedic Engine PE311 arrived at a two-story veterinary building and found nothing evident. Paramedic Engine PE311 began investigating.
