Crews were dispatched to LIBERTY RD near CLEMSONVILLE RD in Unionville at 12:36 p.m. for a reported vehicle accident - entrapment. Responding units included Ambulance A179, Carroll County Medic CCM149, Advanced Life Support ALS17, CCR8, Engine E172, C17, Battalion Chief BC901 and EMS Supervisor EMS902. At 12:39 p.m., C17 arrived to find two vehicles involved. C17 established command. At 12:40 p.m., confirms no entrapment; 2 patients for evaluation. C17 requested additional ambulance.

At 12:06 a.m., Tower TW1 made contact with the homeowner who reports an odor of oil. TW1 investigating possible leaking tank in basement. At 12:03 p.m., Tower TW1 arrived. single story residential. Tower TW1 found nothing evident. Tower TW1 began investigating.

At 11:27 a.m., investigating a report of an unknown odor in the basement of the dispatched address. Neighboring address reporting the same. E31 investigating dispatched address; TW23 investigating adjacent address.

At 5:11 a.m., Ambulance A148 arrived. Ambulance A148 confirmed that vehicle on the tracks, occupant still inside.
