US-15 Rollover, Multiple Roadway Incidents
Crews were dispatched to US-15 southbound near PUTMAN RD in Lewistown at 7:32 p.m. for a reported vehicle accident - rollover. Responding units included Ambulance 229, Ambulance 299, Advanced Life Support 30, Rescue Squad 10, Engine 291, Engine 221, Battalion Chief 902 and EMS Supervisor 902. At 7:40 p.m., Rescue Squad 10 arrived. Rescue Squad 10 confirmed that vehicle involved overturned, ended up on Al 4 wheels. Rescue Squad 10 began checking on the occupants. At 7:41 p.m., reports no entrapment. A229, ALS30, A299, R10, E102 and E221 remained on the call. Other units in service.
At 1:35 p.m., crews were called to 5600 block ADAMSTOWN RD — CARROLL MANOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Adamstown for a reported commercial fire alarm. Responding units included Engine 141 and Tower 23. At 1:38 p.m., Engine 141 arrived. normal conditions. Alarm is active. At 1:47 p.m., reports alarm panel is indicating a pull station activation.
A reported gas odor inside brought crews to 3300 block PAPRIKA CT in Buckeystown at 4:21 p.m. Responding units included Engine 141, Paramedic Engine 311 and Tiller Truck 23. At 4:26 p.m., Engine 141 arrived. normal conditions. Engine 141 began investigating. At 4:32 p.m., performed meter readings. Nothing found.
Crews were dispatched to BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE near GAMBRILL PARK RD at 9:15 p.m. for a reported check after a vehicle accident. Responding units included Ambulance 129 and Engine 121. At 9:22 p.m., Engine 121 arrived. approx. 1/4-mile east of the intersection with Gambrill Park Rd. At 9:27 p.m., 121 reports multiple vehicles stopped in the roadway. Requesting police to expedite; one driver has fled the scene.
At 1:42 p.m., crews were called to 200 block BROADWAY ST — WEINBERG HOUSE in Frederick for a reported commercial fire alarm. Responding units included Engine 31 and Tiller Truck 4. At 1:44 p.m., Engine 31 arrived at a 4-story multi-family dwelling and found nothing evident. At 2:09 p.m., reports burned food in a second floor apartment. Ventilation completed. Alarm system reset. Units in service.
A reported commercial fire alarm brought crews to 7200 block CORPORATE CT — HILTON GARDEN INN at 7:24 p.m. Responding units included Paramedic Engine 311 and Tiller Truck 4. At 7:27 p.m., Paramedic Engine 311 arrived. 5-story hotel with nothing evident. At 7:32 p.m., reports rag caught fire in the kitchen, extinguished prior to fire department arrival.
Crews were dispatched to CAMPUS DR near AMBER DR in Ft. Detrick at 11:14 p.m. for a reported vehicle accident triggered by an automatic crash notification. Responding units included Ambulance 19, Engine 501 and Battalion Chief 950. At 11:17 p.m., dispatchers advised responding crews that phone owner called back and reports their phone fell from the vehicle. No fire department services needed.
At 6:25 a.m., crews were called to 42400 block SPINKS FERRY RD in Lucketts for a reported vehicle accident. Responding units included Engine 281.
