Urbana Pike Rollover, Multiple Roadway Incidents

Crews were dispatched to US-15 northbound near ORNDORFF RD in Emmitsburg at 12:57 a.m. for a reported vehicle accident - entrapment. Responding units included Ambulance 69, Advanced Life Support 30, Paramedic Engine 102, Engine 61, Tower 6, Battalion Chief 902 and EMS Supervisor 902. At 1:04 a.m., Ambulance 69 arrived to find two vehicles involved. Ambulance 69 began checking on the occupants. At 1:07 a.m., reports one occupant trapped, establishing command.

At 5:05 p.m., crews were called to 9200 block LIBERTY RD in Mt. Pleasant for a reported vehicle accident. Responding units included Ambulance 247, Ambulance 249, Rescue Squad 24, Engine 111, Chief 24 and C11-D. At 5:11 p.m., C11-D arrived. C11-D established command. At 5:12 p.m., Chief 24 arrived. reporting a utility pole snapped in half.

A reported atv accident brought crews to 10700 block KEYSVILLE RD in Emmitsburg at 5:12 p.m. Responding units included Ambulance 69, Advanced Life Support 30, Engine 132, Tower 6, Battalion Chief 902 and EMS Supervisor 902. At 5:27 p.m., Engine 61 arrived. Engine 61 requested MedEvac for a patient with serious injuries after ATV rollover. Landing Zone (LZ) planned for the National Fire Academy. E61 establishing command. At 5:31 p.m., Frederick ECC advises that Trooper 3 is down due to weather.

Crews were dispatched to 11700 block HARPERS FERRY RD — NELL BOONE PARK at 7:48 p.m. for a reported shooting. Responding units included Ambulance 196, Ambulance 198, Paramedic Engine 52 and EMS Supervisor 901. At 7:50 p.m., Loudoun ECC advises responding units that scene is not secure. Units staging away from the scene until all-clear from PD. At 8:06 p.m., Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office placing all Fire/Rescue units in service.

At 2:46 a.m., crews were called to RAMP I-70 westbound TO US-15 northbound RAMP, IAO in Frederick for a reported vehicle accident. Responding units included Ambulance 38, Ambulance 319, Rescue Squad 3, Engine 31 and Paramedic Engine 311. At 2:51 a.m., Rescue Squad 3 arrived to find two vehicles involved. Rescue Squad 3 began checking on the occupants. At 2:54 a.m., reports one patient for evaluation; holding A38, R3, E31. Other units in service.

A reported vehicle accident brought crews to I-70 westbound near BILL MOXLEY RD, I-70 eastbound near PLANE #4 in Mt. Airy at 12:09 p.m. Responding units included Ambulance 259, Carroll County Medic 18, Rescue Squad 15, Carroll County Rescue 1, Engine 152, Howard County Engine 41 and EMS Supervisor 902.

Crews were dispatched to URBANA PIKE near MOTT RD at 3:06 p.m. for a reported vehicle accident - rollover. Responding units included Ambulance 239, Advanced Life Support 23, Rescue Squad 15, Engine 231, Battalion Chief 901, EMS Supervisor 901 and Tiller Truck 23.

At 3:57 p.m., crews were called to 5200 block BLACK LOCUST DR — ORCHARD PARK AT BALLENGER RUN for a reported commercial fire alarm. Responding units included Paramedic Engine 311 and Tower 1. At 4:02 p.m., Paramedic Engine 311 arrived at a 4-story apartment building and found nothing evident. At 4:05 p.m., reports alarm activated due to cooking.
