YouTube API Services
Frederick Watch Publisher is an internal publishing tool used by WaveJam Innovations LLC to publish Frederick Watch video editions to our organization’s YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth authorization.
The tool requests the youtube.upload scope to upload our own videos and the youtube.readonly scope to verify the authorized YouTube channel and read limited information needed for the publishing workflow.
Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.

The Frederick Watch Publisher is not designed to collect viewing histories, comments, subscriber identities, contacts, user profiles, or information about unrelated YouTube users or creators. For our own publishing workflow, we may store OAuth credentials and limited operational records such as our authorized channel ID and title, Frederick Watch issue date, uploaded video ID, upload timestamp, requested or returned privacy status, and a local file hash used to prevent duplicate uploads.
How We Use and Share YouTube API Data
YouTube API data is used only to verify our authorized channel, upload our own Frederick Watch videos and metadata, confirm publishing results, and prevent duplicate uploads. We do not sell YouTube API data, use it for behavioral advertising or surveillance, or share Google OAuth credentials with third parties.
Retention, Deletion, and Revocation
OAuth credentials and related YouTube API data are retained only as needed to operate the publishing workflow, meet security or legal requirements, and maintain limited upload records. Credentials are deleted or invalidated when authorization is revoked, the integration is discontinued, or they are no longer needed. Data is deleted or refreshed when required by applicable YouTube API policies. If deletion of authorized YouTube user data is requested, or if we can no longer verify authorization, we will delete that data within 30 calendar days unless retention is required by law. We periodically reconfirm authorization and delete or refresh other stored YouTube API data within the periods required by YouTube API policies.
You can revoke Google’s access permissions for connected applications at Google Account Permissions. Revoking access prevents future API access by the application. Deleting our local publishing records does not automatically delete videos already hosted on YouTube.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. Google OAuth credentials and tokens used by Frederick Watch Publisher are stored outside public web content with restricted server permissions and are available only to authorized operators.

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with our services or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained when required for security, administrative, or legal purposes.
